Step 1 – Fill in the Return Form

Step 2 – Pack Your Return

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Wrap securely (preferably in the original packaging).

Add a note with your order number inside the box.

Please send your parcel with tracking and keep your receipt safe.
Step 3 – Refund Processing

Once your return reaches us, it usually takes 3–5 working days.

Refunds are processed within another 3–5 working days, depending on your bank/payment method.

Refunds are always made back to your original payment method.
