Returns and Refunds

We hope your Homeblooom treasures bring joy to your home. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — returning it is simple and stress-free. 💛

 Step 1 – Fill in the Return Form

Please complete the form below so we can process your return quickly:

Once submitted, a confirmation will be sent to homebloom.info@gmail.com.

 Step 2 – Pack Your Return

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Wrap securely (preferably in the original packaging).

  • Add a note with your order number inside the box.

  • Please send your parcel with tracking and keep your receipt safe.   

                                                                             

 Step 3 – Refund Processing

  • Once your return reaches us, it usually takes 3–5 working days.

  • Refunds are processed within another 3–5 working days, depending on your bank/payment method.

  • Refunds are always made back to your original payment method.

  • Faulty item? Email us with photos and proof of purchase at homebloom.info@gmail.com.
